A set of ten 1960s Danish Mid-Century Modern dining chairs, in the style of Henning Kjærnulf, embodying the sculptural Brutalist sensibility that defined Danish craftsmanship of the era. The solid oak frames feature distinctive baluster-shaped carved front legs with rhythmic turned profiles—a signature Kjærnulf design language—while the gently curved back legs and softly scalloped top rail bring a refined Nordic balance to each piece. The seats and backrests retain their original olive green and cream vertically striped wool upholstery, beautifully framed with hand-applied brass nailhead trim.

Suitable for a generous dining setting, the chairs offer comfortable proportions with sturdy H-stretcher construction. The original upholstery is in good condition, ready to use—fabric clean and intact with no holes or tears—and the solid oak frames show only light wear consistent with age and use. A strikingly cohesive set ready for everyday use, rarely found in such a large quantity of ten.
